A private session is either a 1-on-1 with me, or a small private group you bring yourself — your partner, a friend, a few people you trust. Held in a private Melbourne studio. No strangers in the room. No timetable to fit into. Just the work, shaped entirely around what's actually present for you that day.
Unlike a group session, there's no need to match anyone else's rhythm or hold any part of yourself back. The whole space — and the whole session — is yours. You walk in, we have a real conversation about what's going on, and then we shape the session around exactly that.
These aren't bonus extras. They're the whole point.
We start with a real conversation about what you want to move toward — not a generic theme, not someone else's intention. Yours. Then the entire session is built around it.
The things that are heavy. The patterns you can't shake. The stuff you don't usually get to put on the table. We can actually look at it — without rushing, without an audience.
By the end of our chat I'll be able to tell you honestly what I think can shift, what tools I'll bring to the session, and what's realistic from a single session vs ongoing work.

A free, no-pressure call (15–20 min). We talk about what's going on, what you want to shift, and whether a private session is the right fit. If it's not, I'll say so.
We lock in a time at the private studio. I build the session around what we discussed. You arrive, we settle in, and you get a session that exists only for you.
No-one else's energy in the space. No pressure to perform. Just you, your breath, and a facilitator whose only job in that hour is you.
I read every enquiry personally. Once you submit, I'll get back to you within 48 hours to set up a free discovery chat. From there, we'll decide together whether a private session is the right move.
